elegant cool climate Shiraz. Cloves, nutmeg and hints of dusty oak
over red currant and raspberry fruit aromas prevail. Spice and red
berry fruit characters follow onto a round and supple palate, that
offers fine grain tannins, good length and nice natural acidity. Great
with roasted meats the wine drinks well now or can cellar for up to
5 years. |

| The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is cherry
red in colour. It offers raspberry and red currant aromas over subtle
herbal and violet notes. Strong berry fruits, earthy and floral flavours
dominate a medium bodied and elegant palate. Fine grain tannins provide
a soft and restrained mouthfeel. Suitable with flavoursome meat dishes,
pasta and aged cheeses. Cellaring potential is 3-5 years. |

| The colour is bright ruby red with tawny
hues developing. An elegant and delicate wine it shows classic cool
climate aromas of raspberry, eucalyptus and a hint of lavender. These
characters flow onto the palate which also shows hints of spice, earthiness
and subtle flavours associated with restrained maturation in oak.
Soft and easy drinking, this wine has fine tannins. A great wine to
drink with barbeques or pasta it will also cellar for 3 to 5 years. |

good colour and shows classic varietal fruit characters. The nose
displays dark cherry, strawberry and clove over earthy forest
floor like aromas and subtle oak. Flavours of cherry, rhubarb,
mushroom, spice and some savoury characters produce an elegant, yet
persistent palate with silky tannins. Suitable to drink now with a
variety of foods including game, Atlantic Salmon or risotto this wine
will cellar well for up to 6 years. |

is an unwooded wine which displays elegant cool climate characters.
A pale yellow and straw colour with green hues the nose shows peaches,

great length and crisp acidity which offers citrus, stone fruit, melon
and spice characters. An easy drinking style best consumed by itself
or with Asian and chicken cuisine this wine can be enjoyed immediately
