WINERY: Founded in 1757, Henri Abele is the third oldest champagne house in Reims, the fifth oldest champagne house in Fance. Henri Abele was the first champagne house to perfect the riddling process still used by champagne malcers today to assure clarity and it was the first house to use the freezing as a technique in disgorging the champagne's spent yeast.
